BarQueBike adapted the availability display in the Web store to the situation. Goods not available from stock are displayed with significantly longer delivery times, as well as different colors. Returns Handling
For return shipments, BarQueBike cooperates with TNT and UPS. Large bulky goods like bicycles will be picked up by a forwarding company.
Carries
Your orders will be shipped by USPS/Fedex/UPS/USPS, depending on the destination country, the size and weight of the package. Bulky goods deliveries, such as fully assembled bicycles, are shipped with selected forwarding agents.
Transport Damage
If you receive a damaged shipment please get in touch with the BarQueBike customer service team by e-mail or phone as soon as possible. We will be happy to solve the issue.
Change Requests, Merging of Orders
The BarQueBike team will do its best to fulfill your change requests. Usually such changes are possible until the actual start of the shipping process. If you place several orders at BarQueBike within a short period of time, those orders will be merged on your request only. We process each order separately.
